Introducing Recruit a Friend: Invite a Team and You Both Earn Free Runs

Recruit a Friend is TesterArmy's referral program. Invite a colleague by email or with your referral link. They sign up with 25 free runs to put the agent on their real flows, and the moment their workspace goes paid, you both get 100 more. Theirs last 90 days and yours last a full year. There is no cap on how many teams you can bring in.
How it works
Open Earn free runs in your dashboard sidebar (you will also find it in billing settings). From there you have two ways to invite someone:
- By email. Type a colleague's work address and the reward attaches to it automatically - when they sign up with that email, the 25 free runs are already waiting.
- By link. Copy your referral link and share it anywhere: Slack, a DM, a conference hallway conversation. Whoever signs up through it starts with the same 25 free runs.
Even the limit-reached dialog has an Earn free runs tab, so when you hit your run quota you can invite by email or copy your link right there.
Your colleague can test their own product without entering a card. If they decide TesterArmy is worth paying for, you each get 100 free runs the moment their workspace pays.
Why we pay in test runs
We pay every reward in test runs rather than account credit, gift cards, or a cut of revenue, because the most useful thing we can hand a testing team is more testing. You spend bonus runs exactly like plan runs, on the flows you already watch, and your conversion reward stays spendable for 365 days.
The fine print
We would rather you read the rules here than discover them in support:
- Each referred workspace earns one reward, granted once, and only after that workspace pays.
- Existing TesterArmy users, people joining your own team, and self-referrals don't count. Neither do signups that land in an existing workspace - the program rewards bringing new teams in.
- You spend free runs only after your plan quota runs out, and they don't stack with unlimited plans.
- Rewards expire if unused: the signup bonus after 30 days, your colleague's conversion bonus after 90, and yours after 365.
That is the whole program. There are no tiers, points, or leaderboards, just one invite and two rewards.
